Stone Animals
Did anyone else think this was longer than it had to be? I liked the story but it seemed like it just drug on. Also any thoughts on that ending. Are the rabbits all former owners of the house?

I thought that the length of the story with the focus on the family details served to distract from the rabbits in the yard. In the end I thought that Henry's wife was going to be disappointed with him and finally he was going to meet the neighbors... and all of a sudden he's riding a rabbit. It was easy to almost forget the rabbits.
